The northern area of Sonoma County includes the Dry Creek AVA.  Dry Creek is known for is well known for it's Zinfandel but a little less known for it's production of excellent Syrah.  This tour includes one winery that specializes in Syrah and a biodynamic winery that makes a full line up of wines but you can choose their Syrah tasting if you want that focuses on the various styles of Syrah from their estate vineyard.  You will also enjoy a wonderful 5 course wine in the middle of the day at the second winery.
