Alpha Omega

Alpha Omega sits on the Rutherford Bench and is celebrating twenty years in 2026. Michelle and Robin Baggett built it around a convivial atmosphere and generous hospitality rather than reverence, and Michael's scores of 8 for both ambiance and staff say that lands.

The wine programme is layered: current releases, an AVA Series that maps Napa's sub-appellations, single-vineyard bottlings from celebrated sites, and the ERA and AOX tiers at the top. Varieties run to Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot-family Petit Verdot and Malbec, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. Walk-ins are welcome, which for a property of this standing is genuinely rare and makes it a useful contingency stop if a booking falls through.
